This story was written by one of my (Jenny’s) students just four months before his untimely death due to cancer: I am very glad that I had the honour to teach him ancient Greek during the short time we knew each other and I am especially grateful that he allowed me, before his death, to publish his story. It is a text for beginners, based mostly on the vocabulary of the first eight chapters of „Athenaze“, with some additional words like ἡ λύκαινα – „the she-wolf“ (from „Athenaze“ you might know: ὁ λύκος – „the wolf“).
Let me know if you need help with grammar or vocabulary: I may put together additional material if needed.
