About Miguel Ángel

Miguel Ángel completed two bachelor’s degrees at La Universidad Libre de Colombia, in Bogota, Colombia: first in Law, and then another in Philosophy. For two years, he also attended lectures at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where he received a strong philological formation in Ancient Greek. His philhellenism took him to Polis, the Jerusalem Institute of Languages, where he completed the two-year fluency program in Ancient Greek. Since then, he has taught Spanish and Ancient Greek through an immersive method at different schools and institutions, both online and in-person. In his free time, if he is not memorizing poetry in German or Ancient Greek, he might be teaching himself to speak Latin or German, or spending time outdoors mountain biking.
